When is the right time to take Green or black tea?

by Unknown  |  in tea at  11:39 pm

This question is somehow.
"When to drink tea".
Tea — an essential attribute of our daily lives.
But in ancient China tea was not just a drink for banal fluid intake. First, it was the medication, especially green tea. In ancient times the Chinese did not drink it on every corner like we do it nowadays. They drank it at ailments in order to recover health and raise the level of vital energy. Tea was used according to nuances and subtleties of each person. Only in relatively recent times green tea has become usual daily drink. But even
now good tea can be used not just as banal drink, but to treat it with deep respect. Since green tea really has beneficial effect on all systems of the human body and spirit.
By the way, what time is the best to drink tea? Let’s see, what season, period of the day is the best for drinking green tea, when is it
better to drink tea - after or before meals?

From the perspective of Chinese medicine for each season there is a specific sort of tea.
Every Chinese knows that in spring you should drink herbal tea, in summer — green tea, in fall — young green, and in winter — black tea.
So, let us consider this in more detail.
In spring all of nature comes to life, but at this time, people often feel themselves tired and sleepy. In spring days flower tea helps banish sleep. This tea is very invigorating and toning. The most famous and popular herbal tea in China is jasmine tea. The aroma of jasmine flowers in combination with leaves of
green tea adds a unique taste to hot drink.
On hot summer days, it is the best to drink green tea because it belongs to unfermented tea. Green tea can be drunk cold or you can add a few ice cubes into hot tea. It is especially good thirst quencher, and, in
addition, it removes radionuclides from the body. In very hot weather, green tea helps cope with stress, and perfectly restores the loss of body fluids.
In fall the Chinese usually drink tea "Oolong".
This tea is classified as being somewhere between green and black tea, as it has not pass a complete fermentation.
As a rule, cold winter is for black tea. But due to the fact that green tea is full of vitamins, flavonoids and other useful substances, drinking hot green tea will be very useful to strengthen the immune system in winter, too.
Green tea contains a lot of caffeine / much more than black tea / which in turn stimulates the nervous system and improves the tone of the vascular walls, thereby increasing the blood pressure. Therefore, it is better to drink green tea in the morning or afternoon, but not at night, since at night the human nervous system is normal to have a rest. Also, this
kind of tea has diuretic effect, so to have a restful sleep, it would be reasonable to refuse a cup of green tea before bedtime.
We usually drink tea immediately after a meal.
However, in China — where is, as we know, the highest culture of cultivation and use of tea —
it's not quite true. When we drink tea after eating it dilutes the gastric juice, and the food is digested worse. However, drinking tea before dinner is also not a good idea, as it.impairs digestion. So, what time is the best to drink tea, if you plan to eat? — At least 30-40 minutes before it. In addition, very early morning is not the best period of the day for tea, since at this time our stomach is empty and tea will have a bad influence on the spleen and the stomach.
By the way, if you are taking medications, to wash down them with tea is highly undesirable. However, despite the fact that no
all drugs were examined for interaction with tannins and other substances contained in tea, most scientists believe the effectiveness of
a number of medicines, which are washed down with tea, is deteriorated.
So, what time is the best to drink tea? The main rule is — either one-two hours after a meal or half an hour before it, but not on an empty stomach. It can be morning or evening, day or night, summer or winter – all depends
on how a particular sort of tea affects you personally and what effect you want to achieve.
Learned something?. I prefer Black tea though!
