Well, today is June 5, my birthdate, I expect many things to be special and conc!. Even me myself am on a long hand shirt because of the cold. But as we know, we must work and do other things else there might not be food on our table and other things as well, another thing that prompted me to write this was when a friend who I just met on IG said, "No chats today, am cold". I was like, Wow, that cold?
So i therefore decided to compose an Article on measures to take to be relieved of cold.
Read below.
Sleep: Probably sleeping could be a first aid to sleep. Not necessarily an 18 hours sleep but not less than an hour or two. And when you sleep, Raise your head more, maybe adding two soft pillows. Just make sure that in your sleeping position. Your face should be higher than your normal body.
ReHydrate: It is not arguable that Hydration helps relieve many things in our body. Some of those things is Cold. But you should know that Drinking Cold water is like adding petrol to an already burning house. What would happen?. It would increase. Same with that, drink warm water and rest. You good.
Eat spicy stuffs: It's a reknown fact of how spicy stuffs help liberate you from cold, take pepperish stuffs and expect some positive results
Be steamed: Ofcause, we know the meaning of steaming. Stay near a hot object or thereabout, this is the fastest method as it the number one stuff our ancestors do when cold, another way of steaming yourself is taking hot tea etc.
Exercise: Do stuffs like exercising, jumping from here to there, running etc as we know exercising could make us produce sweat and when we are sweaty, it simply means we cold relieved.
Wear Sweaters: Don't underestimate cold by simply wearing a singlet or an armless top, Just like me, wear Long stuffs that protects your chest, as we might know that cold comes through our chest.
