Brief: Why you shouldn't smoke weed(POT)

Before posting this, I personally read wide on why Weed is good and why it is not.
I have heard series of guys saying this stuff(weed) is good for our brain, that it makes you remember everything you read. But, trust me after reading vastly I found out that it is false.
Although weed can make you creative and other minor stuffs but it's causes irrational behavior, it not only spoils our brain but also weaken our IQ. This stuff below might orientate you.
Reasons to Stop Smoking Weed
So if you’ve decided to make one of your new year’s resolutions to stop smoking pot, here are briefreasons why you should quit soon:
Reason #1 - Addiction
Marijuana, shisha and others are addictive and can lead to substance abuse problems.
Reason #2 - Further Addiction
Many people who start small with marijuana find themselves trying out other drugs as well, which leads to further substance abuse problems.
Reason #3 - Further Addiction
Smoking marijuana effects thoughts, the ability to focus and concentrate, memory, causes difficulty making decisions and solving problems, causes poor coordination and
distorts perceptions. Many of these side- effects can last for days or even weeks after the initial high. Long-term effects from smoking marijuana include brain damage equivalent to heroin or cocaine use.
Reason #4 - Negative Impacts on Life
Negative impacts on life from any type of drug use include problems in school, problems at work, problems in personal relationships, and
problems with complete social functioning.
Reason #5 - Psychological Effects
Psychological effects from marijuana use include an increase in anxiety, depression and increased risk of suicide. Some studies show a
direct link between marijuana use and schizophrenia.
Reason #6 - Medical Effects
Other medical effects from medical use, other than the brain effects listed above, include problems with respiratory and with the heart.
Smoking marijuana causes serious damage to the entire respiratory system and to the heart.
Due to the fact that smoking marijuana is known to increase the body’s heart rate, this increases the chance of heart attack within
just one hour of smoking marijuana.

People who quit smoking marijuana frequently report an increase in the body’s natural high’s and energy levels within just days of withdrawal. Smoking marijuana masks the
body’s ability to feel natural highs.

Last, but certainly not least, it is important to remember that marijuana use is in fact illegal
in most states and can result in probation, as well as serious jail time. The last thing that you want as a young person is any type of trouble with the law or a permanent criminal
record.
